Perishable Items: All perishable items are meticulously packed with ice and thermal mailers to ensure freshness upon arrival. While we take utmost care in the packaging process, we cannot guarantee non-melting after the product has left our warehouse. Kindly note that perishable items are shipped at the customer's own risk.

Due to the nature of our boxes, we are unable to accept returns or issues refunds. If your gift box was delivered in less than perfect condition, please email us at orders@happyfacegiftboxes.com within 24 hours so we can make it right.

All orders are prepped and shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed and will be delivered based on the shipping preference you chose.

Yes, recipient's will receive a tracking number by email the moment we have shipped your box.

No, we do not include a receipt in the gift box by nature of what we are sending. We never want to ruin the surprise for the recipient. You, the gift giver, will receive your receipt via email.

Having just launched, we currently only offer black boxes with black ribbons. We hope to expand our offerings soon.

We ship all food items that have a tendency to melt in thermal bubble mailers with a dry ice pack. We take every effort to protect the contents; however, we can not guarantee that food items will not melt in the hottest months.

All of our boxes are assembled in a facility that includes nuts.
